Innocent Hearts College of Education, Jalandhar has set up a help desk to provide assistance to candidates seeking admission to the B.Ed. programme for the session 2026–2027 in colleges affiliated to Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar.
College Principal, Dr. Arjinder Singh, informed that this year, admissions to the two-year B.Ed. programme in Punjab are being conducted by Punjabi University, Patiala. He also added that Ms. Prabhjot Kaur will lead the help desk as Admission Counsellor and the help desk will provide guidance free of cost. It will assist B.Ed. aspirants in filling out the online application form for the Punjab B.Ed. Common Entrance Test (CET) 2026. It will also provide valuable guidance about the test format, eligibility criteria, syllabus, qualifying marks, and expected questions. The help desk will serve not only candidates aspiring to take admission in Innocent Hearts College of Education but also those who wish to join other B.Ed. colleges.
Ms. Prabhjot Kaur said that the college help desk has been counselling candidates who are concerned about qualifying the CET examination, which is scheduled to be held on August 2, 2026. The online form-filling process for CET will begin on June 20, 2026. The college help desk has already addressed many queries of candidates and has provided them with satisfactory guidance. The help desk will also provide coaching to admission aspirants related to the entrance test.
