The teaching-learning process is not sufficient for present day student’s needs.Teacher has to act as a resource manager and peer involvement is necessary in classroom. Structural teaching and exploratory, experiential, collaborative learning are very important for qualitative education. The Education system has to make a shift from traditional to flipped classrooms. In a flipped classroom, students watch online lectures, collaborate in online discussions, or carry out research at home while engaging in concepts in the classroom under the guidance of a mentor. He emphasized the usage of IT tools in education and assured that Innocent Hearts College of Education will be implementingquality e-content delivery to the student-teachers from the upcoming session.
