INNOCENT HEARTS COLLEGE OF EDUCATION
ORGANISED YOGA SESSION
An interesting Yoga session
was organized at Innocent Hearts College of Education, Jalandhar. The
student-teachers and teacher-educators performed yoga along with the expert,
Mr.Vinod Paul, OPM Institute of Education, Dyallpur. It was informative, stress
relieving and the queries of student-teachers were resolved. Principal Dr. D.K.
Joshi thanked the Yoga expert and told about the relevance of yoga in our day
to day life.
